APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP
ABOUT THE PROCESS
The Club wants to set the highest possible standard of game making and communication, so player rating by the Club Pro and contact with you via the cell phone, email, our internet site and the Clubhouse will be used for this purpose.
The Application form can be obtained at the Club or downloaded from the "Application Form" on the Menu (left side of web page)
After completing the application form, it will be reviewed by the Trustees and if your application is successful you will be advised.
Please hand in your completed application to any of the employees at the club.
Your Membership of the Club will be formalized after receipt of a copy of your ID or Passport and proof of payment of subs into the SPTC account at:

Use Reference: SPTC + Your Full Name
Full Members have voting rights.
Other Members will have speaking rights at all Club meetings but not be eligible to vote.
Your Membership of the Club will be acknowledged and recorded on our website.
COURT BOOKING PROCEDURE
Members and Visitors should book courts in advance of playing.
This will ensure that reception is manned.
It is particularly important during the Membership building phase.
